Swami Keshwanand School provides an all-weather swimming pool where students from can learn swimming to promote physical as well as mental health benefits to them. It helps to build endurance, muscle strength and provides cardio vascular fitness. As a relaxing and peaceful form of exercise, swimming helps in alleviating stress among students and helps in leading a healthy life. 

All students are expected to participate in the daily swimming lessons and should bring costumes and towel each day during the season. We offer lessons for children after school and during the holidays for all abilities
